Timberhill is proud to offer amenities for members of all ages, with clear guidance on where children are welcome and when parent or guardian supervision is required.
Age-based amenity guidance
Playroom
Children are welcome to use the Playroom from 4 months-7 years of age. A parent or guardian is not required to remain on-site while the child is in the Playroom, but must be able to return within 15 minutes if called.
Fitness floor
Children 8 years - 11 years are welcome on the Fitness floor with parent or guardian supervision after orientation. Minors 13 and older are welcome to use all equipment on the fitness floor unaccompanied.
Courts
Children ages 8 and older are welcome to use the basketball gym and/or racquetball court.
Large lap pool
Children 8-13 years of age may swim laps during designated all workout times when a parent or guardian remains inside the pool enclosure. Minors 14 and older may swim laps unaccompanied.
Small therapy pool
Children of all ages may use the small therapy pool during designated family swim times with a parent or guardian inside the pool enclosure.
Outdoor lap pool
Minors 14 and older are welcome to swim laps in the outdoor pool.
Hot tubs
The large hot tub is for members 18 and older; children under 14 may use the small hot tub with parent or guardian supervision in the pool enclosure.
Group Exercise Classes
Children 8-12 years old are welcome in studio classes that do not use weights when they can follow the class format. Minors 13 and older may attend all studio classes. Children 8-13 can attend aquatics classes with a parent in the water, and minors 14 and older may attend aquatics classes unaccompanied.
