Cycling

Group cycling at its best! Classes are interval based workouts taught by motivating instructors and include great music to keep those feet pedaling. High energy but very adaptable for all fitness levels.

Step

Cardio workout incorporating a step with optional height. Motivating music paired with fun moves and exercises to make the time fly by.

Cardio & Core

Blast off with 30 minutes of intense cardio that combines Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Hi-Lo, and more in a Boot Camp style format. Then follow it up with 30 minutes of core conditioning targeting abs, glutes, hips, and low back. Come for both segments or just one!

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic dance workout system that will blow you away.

Fit for Life

A complete and varied workout for all ages. Also good for those starting or returning to an exercise program. A full body workout that will engage your mind and body. Dance, strength training with weights, balance, core strength, pilates and yoga all included in this 90 minute class.
