Steve specializes in cardiac, shoulder, back and neck rehab. He is excellent with athletic performance and plyometrics and event training for marathons, mountain climbing, triathlons, and cycling. He offers an annual ski conditioning class in the fall.

Brian GrossnicklausA.C.E. certified, Strength and Conditioning coach for over 15 years. Brian specializes in sport specific programs, knee rehab, and advanced bodybuilding. Brian’s excellence in writing exercise programs makes him the staff favorite for motivation and change. Brian enjoys bicycling, computers and spending time with his family.
Jenny MillerTeaches cycling classes and Group Power. Jenny specializes in group training, programs for seniors, general fitness weight lifting programs, ski conditioning, and women’s programs. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, frisbee golf,and running with her dog.
Shandra MilsteinA.C.E. certified, BS in public/non-profit recreation, Fitness Instructor-4 years, group exercise and cycling instructor. She specializes in low back rehab, core stabilization and flexibility programs. Shandra loves working with people of all ages and abilities. She enjoys most things active including hiking and anything in the mountains. She is also interested in nutrition and cooking.

Multiple A.C.E. Certifications with over 21 years experience in the fitness field. Cindy holds two bachelor’s degrees, Sociology and Communications, with a Pre-med focus on Lifetime Wellness. She offers both land and aquatics-based personal training and has helped people of all ages and abilities live the life they desire. Cindy specializes in balance and gait training, exercise for seniors, pain management techniques, rehabilitative exercise, functional strength training, core training, osteoporosis risk reduction, stress management, and breathing techniques. With a lifelong passion for fitness, she believes exercise should be fun! Her background includes years of playing competitive sports including NCAA collegiate soccer and softball. Cindy is married and has two children.
Paula LesliePaula Leslie has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education K-12 and a Master of Science in Health Education and Sports Science. Paula’s college degrees in health and human performance, along with her long career as a track and field athlete, have given her the unique ability to mold a workout for a wide range of personal needs. (weight loss, spinal rehab, cardiac rehab, sports conditioning, basic fitness, nutrition counseling, psychological exploration to barriers. Paula trains individuals as well as groups, and is an instructor at OSU and Linn-Benton Community College. Paula currently competes in Masters level track and field events, and was the 2010 silver medalist in women’s long jump at the USATF Masters National meet in Sacramento CA.
