Jump in to the pools at TAC! Young and old benefit from the support and added resistance of water exercise. The buoyancy of water allows for greater range of motion with less strain on bones, muscles and joints by reducing the weight-bearing stress. The density of water creates even resistance that tones and strengthens muscles while increasing balance. Water class options range from a very gentle water walking class to a high energy deep water running class.
Check out the pool schedule for personal workout sessions! We always offer at least 2 lanes in our big pool for lap swimming. All classes are on-going and you may join at any time. Classes are offered six days a week and are open to all members.
