Reach Your Fitness Goals Part 2

Create an affirmation… a statement that creates a vivid, crystal clear image in your mind of your goal as if it had already been achieved.  Write it down!
Start with an “I am” or a “Me” statement, be positive, be short and specific, and include ACTION words and FEELING words. 

 

  • I am loving myself. I nourish my mind, body and soul daily.
  • I am healing my body quickly and easily
  • Every Cell in my body vibrates with energy and health

Read your affirmation to yourself at least three times every day. 
Take full responsibility in your fitness goals.
Decide what you want, and make affirmations to work toward those goals.
Focus on the Positive.
Get Help.
Take Action.
