Get plenty of sleep!
sleepingBy getting the recommended 8 hours of sleep each night, you are not only able to get through your busy day- it's also been proven to be healthier! Lack of sleep has been linked to obesity, stress and bad decision making. So make sure to rest up so you have plenty of energy to be the athlete that you want to be!
